Job Description

The Regional Director will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, develop a regional strategy, and align with channel partners to secure new customer commitment, deliver outstanding customer value, and grow the business. They will be responsible for hiring and developing Account Management talent, ensuring customer success, and executing with intensity. The role requires strong executive presence, customer focus, and sales process excellence. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate leadership in sales, customer success, and build influential relationships with partners in the business. They should understand both business and people and communicate the value of the solutions provided.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in software/SaaS.
  • Strong executive presence and c-suite connections.
  • Experience leading successful account teams.
  • Knowledge of sales process and methodology.
  • Execution, people-management and coaching skills.

We're looking for an experienced Director, Regional Sales to join our Enterprise Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed business development and growth goals
  • Hiring and develop world class Account Management talent
  • Developing a regional strategy that secures new customer commitment, delivers outstanding customer value, and grows the business on this basis of value selling and realization
  • Aligning with channel partners to expand our impact and ensure customers get strong value from the ecosystem
  • Executing with intensity, customer focus, sales process excellence, while operating as One Team across the entire organisation

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in software/SaaS and/or business transformation.
  • Strong executive presence and c-suite connections to elevate the Zscaler brand and impact in large organizations
  • Experience leading successful account teams, with a focus on customer success and value.
  • Knowledge of sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
  • Execution, people-management and coaching skills.
