职位目标:
作为NKA团队运营主管,全面负责团队投资管理、数据赋能及运营效率提升,通过系统化的GTN管理、数据驱动决策和精细化过程管控,确保资源高效配置与业务目标达成,推动NKA客户生意可持续增长。
主要工作职责:
投资管理(GTN管理):
统筹NKA客户年度投资策略,制定GTN(投资资源)分配计划,定期回顾投入产出比(ROI),优化资源分配逻辑。监控预算执行进度,预警超支风险,协同财务及销售团队确保费用合规使用,完成月度/季度预算复盘。 主导核销流程优化,审核费用凭证合规性,对接财务完成核销闭环,解决核销争议问题。
各项业务数据支持及生意分析:
建立并维护NKA客户的销售数据体系,实时跟进销量、份额、库存等核心指标,输出异常波动预警,并将数据做可视化报告,通过BI工具或数据仪表盘向管理层及业务团队推送关键结论,推动业务决策。 客户数据档案管理:
支持连锁客户主数据清洗,维护客户档案准确性,协同CE部门优化数据治理流程,确保系统大胆及时性和准确性,解决可能遇到的打单异常问题。 业务的各项过程管理和协同支持:
包括预估备货及库存管理,结合销售预测于供应链计划,协调备货节奏,优化库存周转率,降低断货和滞销风险,跟踪新品进度全流程(铺货率、动销表现、客户反馈等),推动问题解决于资源调配,确保新品目标达成。 跨部门协作与资源整合:
与公司内部的各相关部门(如市场、销售、财务等)进行高效协作,整合资源,推动公司政策和策略的实施,提升整体运营效率。
