Job Summary
Job Description
As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the team in executing strategies to connect with consumers at the point of sale, optimizing the buyer's experience, and ensuring the correct implementation of commercial campaigns. This role is crucial to boost brand visibility and maximize the impact of promotions in the market. Your responsibilities include preparing and distributing promotional materials, updating Power BI reports, managing purchase orders, coordinating events, and communicating commercial actions. You will also handle sales contests and prepare tracking reports in Excel, including calculating the ROI for the actions taken.
Must have:

Requisito obligatorio: La persona seleccionada deberá asistir Martes y Jueves a las oficinas en San Fernando, Victoria, Buenos Aires, 3 días en casa y un total de 20 horas a la semana. Permanencia de 18 meses en el rol antes de obtener título. Excel intermedio.

Nuestro Pasante de Trade Marketing apoyará al equipo en la ejecución de estrategias que conecten eficazmente con los consumidores en el punto de venta, optimizando la experiencia del comprador y asegurando la correcta implementación de las campañas comerciales. - Preparación y distribución de material: apoyar la preparación, distribución e implementación de material promocional, garantizando la disponibilidad y correcta implementación en los puntos de venta.
- Actualización de reportes y análisis en Power BI: Mantener actualizados los reportes de Power BI con datos sobre acciones comerciales, incluyendo la verificación de stock, ventas, etc.
- Gestión de órdenes de compra: Cargar y recepcionar órdenes de compra en el sistema, gestionar la comunicación con proveedores y atender reclamos o situaciones relacionadas con pagos.
- Coordinación y apoyo en eventos: Solicitar materiales promocionales, coordinar el ploteo de stands, la preparación de productos para exhibición y brindar soporte integral en la organización del evento.
- Comunicación de acciones comerciales: Elaborar y distribuir banners e imágenes para publicaciones en todos los canales, asegurando la coherencia y efectividad de la comunicación.
- Manejo de concursos de ventas: Coordinar concursos de ventas, realizar la medición de resultados y preparar informes de seguimiento en Excel, incluyendo el cálculo del ROI para las acciones realizadas.
Estudiantes avanzados carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Marketing, Negocios o carreras afines. Preferente que pueda permanecer 18 meses con nosotros antes de graduarse.
Posibilidad de completar 20 horas a la semana de manera híbrida (martes y jueves en San Fernando, Buenos Aires y 3 días en casa)
Excel Intermedio.
Nivel de Inglés Intermedio.
Actitud proactiva y orientación a resultados.
