The Artwork Manager will oversee the artwork delivery process, ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the artwork team, managing the end-to-end artwork creation, approval, and execution processes, developing project plans, managing risks, building relationships with stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and acting as a subject matter expert on artwork systems. The role involves staying updated on industry trends to enhance artwork delivery processes. The individual should have experience in leading teams, project management, and communication skills. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. They will play a key role in coaching and developing the team, acting as a mentor and guiding them to success.

Job Details

The Artwork Manager is a critical leadership role within the newly established centralized Artwork Hub for Europe and MEA. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the artwork delivery process, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the performance of the team. You will build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality and on-time artwork delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As Artwork Manager, you will play a key role in coaching and developing the team, acting as a mentor and guiding them to success. 


Role responsibilities:


•    Lead, coach, and mentor the artwork team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, development, and high performance.
•    Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all artwork creation, approval, and execution processes, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
•    Develop detailed project plans and timelines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and manage escalations.
•    Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that could impact artwork delivery, ensuring that all GxP compliance standards are met.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, regulatory, supply chain) and external partners (e.g., studios, printers).
•    Serve as the main point of contact for all artwork-related matters, providing status updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
•    Ensure alignment between business priorities and artwork execution, negotiating solutions and influencing decisions when necessary.
•    Act as the subject matter expert on artwork systems.
•    Support internal functions or manufacturing sites that may not have direct access to the artwork management system, acting as a proxy where necessary.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, bringing fresh insights and external perspectives to enhance Haleon’s artwork delivery processes.


Role requirements:


•    Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, with a focus on operational excellence.
•    Minimum 4+ years of business experience in roles related to artwork coordination, packaging, or supply chain operations.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and meet tight deadlines.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing relationships and influencing decisions at all levels.
•    Experience with SAP or Veeva is highly regarded.
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•    Minimum 4+ years of business experience in roles related to artwork coordination, packaging, or supply chain operations.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
