Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring top-notch functionality for Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams. In the first 90 days, the administrator will focus on the CRM program, ensure consistent global processes, participate in backlog refinement, and configure Salesforce functionality to enhance the Customer Experience for Operations teams. Beyond 90 days, the administrator will continue to enhance the platform's functionality, contribute to the development team's operating mode, and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community. This role involves both virtual and in-person work at a TU office location.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Salesforce clouds, focusing on Service and Experience Clouds.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.
  • Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON, etc.)
Good to have:
  • Years of experience in software development.
  • Experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise companies.
  • Working knowledge of complex business systems integration.
  • Force.com Certified Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Force.com Certified Developer and AI Specialist Certifications are desired.

What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. 

Day to Day You’ll Be:
In the first 90 days:

  • Focused on our CRM program to deliver top-notch functionality for Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure consistent global processes across departments
  • Participate in backlog refinement to assist Product Owners with Salesforce capabilities and evaluate the pros and cons of specific implementation options
  • Configure and develop Salesforce functionality aimed at enhancing the Customer Experience for our Operations teams

Beyond 90 days:

  • Continue to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the platform for our Service, Support, and Operations groups
  • Contribute your expertise to evolve the development team’s operating mode
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce clouds with focus on Service and Experience Clouds
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, unit testing, and ETL tools
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban
  • Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON, LWC, XML, APEX, VisualForce, and SOQL, etc.) a plus

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Track record years’ of experience in software development with 3 of those years working on the Salesforce platform in an admin capacity
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Force.com Certified Administrator Certification is preferred
  • Force.com Certified Developer and AI Specialist Certifications are desired
