Senior Operations Business Partner

You’ll partner with franchisees, evaluate strategic opportunities, and support high-level financial planning that influences business success. This role involves working closely with both Finance and non-Finance management to make recommendations that focus on ‘doing the right thing’ and not the ‘easy’ thing and ensure the long-term financial success for both McDonald’s and our franchisees **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Strategic Partner – Work closely with Franchisee Directors, supporting financial decision-making. * Franchising & Commercial Expert – Lead financial modelling for franchise transactions and investments. * Business Influencer – Collaborate with Finance, Operations & Legal teams on strategy and execution. * Risk & Growth Advisor – Assess market conditions to support sustainable business expansion. * Operations Finance Leader – Provide financial training and insights to stakeholders across the business.
