Job Description

This SD Support Specialist role involves providing support to users of Luxoft's internal business applications. Responsibilities include user support (advising, permission control, configuration assistance), technical maintenance using a ServiceDesk system, configuring and automating business processes within these applications, and supporting data integration with other corporate systems. The role requires a deep understanding of application functionality and related business processes. The position supports approximately 16,000 employees across multiple global locations. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux skills and experience with Atlassian Jira.

Project description

It is a project to support corporate business systems which help automate Luxoft internal business operations.

There are about 16000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.

Responsibilities

Support of business applications users, deep understanding of applications functionality and related business processes;

Configuring and automation company's business processes workflow in business applications;

Support of data integration processes with other corporate systems.
