Job Description
AiDASH is seeking a skilled SDE 1 - Frontend to contribute to the development of its full-stack SaaS solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure. This role involves designing and developing high-quality web applications, playing a key role in new product and feature implementation, translating requirements into functional features, writing efficient and readable code, driving the product roadmap, and mastering new technologies. The candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers. This role will be instrumental in transforming asset inspection and maintenance for customers in various sectors like electric, gas, water utilities, transportation, and construction. The company is backed by leading investors and has been recognized by Forbes and Time Magazine.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in front-end engineering.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and web standards.
- Experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/Typescript.

- Designing and developing high quality web applications leveraging AiDash platform
- Playing key role in design and implementation of new products and features
- Translating requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with product managers, developers and creative designers.
- Breaking features into simpler granular tasks, estimate effort required and identify dependencies.
- Writing efficient and readable code based on good understanding of design principles.
- Driving product roadmap and take ownership of several core components of the product.
- Rapidly learning and mastering new technologies to improve usability and performance.
- 3+ years of experience designing and building scalable, reusable products/components as a front-end engineer.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, AJA,X and general web standards.
- Tech Stack experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Typescript, Bootstrap/Material-UI, Use of RESTful/GraphQl APIs
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- self-starter and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS companies is highly desirable.
