The Senior 3D Special Effects Artist will be primarily responsible for the design and production of special effects for game stories, working closely with the director to control visual effects. They will propose 3D special effects industrialization standards based on game content and technical art (TA) collaboration, rationally planning the size of special effects resources. They will also manage outsourcing, arrange special effects tasks, ensure the quality of the special effects, and complete them on schedule. This role involves solving problems encountered during special effects production, coordinating efforts to ensure smooth project progress, and requires sufficient familiarity with the production processes of games and film/animation.
