About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team in Istanbul, Turkey. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in local practices, have at least 5+ years of administrative experience, and preferably have exposure to the crypto industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Workspace Management: Oversee space planning and rental handling. Maintain office environment and facilities.
Employee Welfare: Manage office welfare, local festival events and connections, and daily office operation support. Foster employee connection and engagement.
Business Support: Provide support for external & internal events or business requirements.
Travel Management: Arrange and manage travel logistics for staff, including booking accommodations and flights, arranging transportation, and handling travel-related queries.
Asset and Procurement Management: Handle fixed assets and procurement, manage vendors, and optimize costs.
Budget Control and Data Analysis: Monitor budget, perform data analysis, and make financial recommendations.
Office Renovation: Participate in office renovation and expansion projects when required, managing timelines, budgets, and vendors.

What We Look For In You

5+ years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
Solid understanding of workspace management, employee welfare, business support, travel management, asset management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
Proven experience in policy drafting and managing local festival events.
Prior experience with office renovation projects is a plus.
Proficiency in English and local language.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
