The candidate would be responsible to drive key deliverables in relation to financial reporting, analysis, Budgeting/Forecasting, and Client reporting at the EMEA level in collaboration with EMEA Regional and Market Teams.
The candidate will be part of the EMEA Regional P&RCoE (Planning and Reporting Center of Excellence) team based in Bangalore. As part of this role, the candidate will be required to work across a broad stakeholder group in the EMEA region to drive group/regional reporting & FP&A requirements.
The role will be based out of Bangalore, candidate must be/relocate to Bangalore.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage key deliverables during the month-close process as per agreed timelines along with ensuring delivery of quality results to key stakeholders

  • Supporting EMEA Region & Markets in the budget, quarterly & monthly forecast submission, and challenging markets on assumptions, appropriate use of account lines, brands, functions, segments, and classification of exceptional items

  • Deliver best-in-class financial information and analysis to the EMEA Regional and Market team, providing timely, sound, and clear financial analysis of current results

  • Partner with Regional and market FP&A to drive analytics, compliance, quality, and timeliness in month-end reporting.

  • Assist in preparing periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) reporting packs submission

  • Challenge markets on the appropriate use of account lines, brands, functions & segments

  • Identify automation requirements and collaborate with CI team to help deliver automation solutions.

  • Manage ad hoc requests from EMEA Regional & Market team, cascade crucial information to markets, and drive compliance.

  • Supports ad-hoc financial information requests as and when required

  • Also, as part of the RCoE team we will have to do testing / UAT of new developments, and maintain QA checks on existing reports.

Skills and Experience :

  • MBA finance with 6-8 years of experience in Captive shared services /Industry handling accounting, financial analysis, planning & reporting.

  • Good analytical skills including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet review.

  • Exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) & SAC

  • candidate who has an analytical bent of mind and provides insights when distributing a report or analysis & having the ability to tell the story behind the data in the view.

  • Strong understanding of the concept of materiality in terms of work performed and the audience it is to be presented to.

  • Excellent communication skills, as this role involves interactions with key stakeholders in Dentsu leadership in the markets.

  • Should demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.

  • Agile and flexible to changing and ad-hoc requirements
