What your typical day will look like:

You will be part of our Media Account Team and will closely work with internal and external partners in providing media solutions to our clients that deliver media and business results.

This position will allow you to work with your Junior Media Planner to be able to effectively and efficiently manage the account assignment from day-to-day to major media requirements. An Integrated Business Unit Lead will continue to support you to ensure that proper guidance from a personal and professional growth plan takes place.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Holistic Media Campaign Planning: Develop and recommend media objectives and strategies for integrated campaigns (ATL + Digital) based on marketing goals; analyze historical performance and competitor landscape to inform media solutions and key performance metrics.
  • Client Interface and Account Servicing: Manage administrative tasks for client accounts, including cost estimates and contracts; participate in client briefings and business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Tracking, Monitoring, and Campaign Review: Analyze data insights and compile post-campaign performance reports; create media optimization forecasts and develop annual media plans and competitive reviews.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Keep track of clients’ competitive activities and industry developments, providing insights alongside standard competitive reports.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with several years of experience in media planning and integrated marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of media planning tools and analytics platforms for campaign analysis.
  • Ability to interpret data for actionable insights while developing innovative media strategies that align with brand objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams, along with experience leading cross-functional projects.
