Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Level Infinite, you'll drive collaborations, negotiations, and contracts between Level Infinite's published game titles and other companies. You'll also develop business resources within the Japanese market, including cross-industry product collaborations and media/platform partnerships. Responsibilities involve building optimal partnerships, ensuring smooth game business operations, and conducting strategic alliances, negotiations, information gathering, and competitor analysis. The role requires 5+ years of game industry business development experience, strong negotiation skills, and extensive knowledge of the Japanese game market. Fluency in at least two languages (Japanese, Chinese, and English) is essential.

【仕事内容】
1、弊社ブランド（Level Infinite）がパブリッシュするゲームタイトルと他企業様との取り組み、交渉、契約の推進。
2、弊社ブランド（Level Infinite）がパブリッシュするゲームタイトルの日本市場におけるビジネスリソース開拓（異業種のプロダクトコラボ、メディア・プラットフォームなどとの連携）。
3、事業に取り組む上での最適なパートナーシップの構築、円滑なゲーム事業関連業務の進行。
４、パートナーとの戦略提携、折衝、情報収集、競合分析。

Requirements:

【仕事要件】

1、5年以上ゲーム業界でのビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験者。高い交渉力を持ち、契約推進などの業務に詳しい方。
2、関連業界（版元、メディア、プラットフォームなど）の幅広いリソースを有する方を優先。
3、2カ国語以上の語学力
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
・ビジネスレベル以上の中国語力、もしくは英語力
4、日本ゲーム市場の知見が深い方。
5、報連相やコミュニケーション力などの基本スキル及びロジカルシンキング力が高く、チームワークを重視する方。

試用期間 & 初回契約期間

試用期間：3ヶ月（労働条件変更なし）

初回契約期間：3年（評価を踏まえ無期変更制度あり）

経験・スキル等を考慮し、無期採用も検討いたします。

賃金

年収額：応相談

経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。
固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制（コアタイム無し）
休憩時間 60分
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大２２日
年末年始休暇（１２/３０-０１/０３）
病気休暇（有給）：１２日/年
