Job Description

This Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer role focuses on developing and improving sustainability solutions for Google Ads users, partners, and clients. The position requires close collaboration with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical problems, managing diverse stakeholders (internal and external), delivering technical solutions, and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in client-side web technologies, programming languages, AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow), and technical troubleshooting. Experience within the Ads ecosystem and Google Cloud ML Deployment is preferred.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
6+ years experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP)
6+ years coding experience (Java, C/C++, Python)
Experience in technical troubleshooting and stakeholder management
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow

Good to have:

Master's degree in related field
Experience in Ads ecosystem
Experience with Google Cloud ML Deployment
Experience with Neural Networks (Computer Vision) model
Knowledge/experience in sustainability (waste and recycling)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Ads ecosystem.
Experience with Google Cloud ML Deployment.
Experience with Neural Networks (Computer Vision) model.
Knowledge/experience in sustainability, particularly waste and recycling.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Google Ads Product Managers and Software Engineers across Google to improve or develop sustainability solutions for users, partners, and clients.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around data and solutions development.
Manage a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients, providing feedback, maintaining communication, and delivering technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a variety of product areas.
