- Collaborating with User Acquisition, Advertisement, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to drive growth and innovation.
- Supporting and optimizing predictive models, including those tracking player Lifetime Value (LTV) and key business metrics.
- Leading data-driven projects, transforming insights into strategic actions that shape Rovio’s success.
- Driving an A/B testing culture, ensuring business decisions are backed by rigorous experimentation and analysis.
- Building and maintaining automated data pipelines and dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Strong quantitative skills with expertise in statistics (hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and machine learning tools (scikit-learn, statsmodels).
- Skilled in A/B testing, ETL processes, and translating insights into business impact.
- Excellent communication with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
