Job Description

The Python Developer Lead/Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, productizing ML models, designing and implementing ETL pipelines and APIs, performing data analysis, building predictive models, and deriving actionable insights. The developer will also write unit tests, ensure code quality, collaborate with DevOps/Data Engineers, maintain documentation, and participate in code reviews. They will work with Python and have experience with data science libraries and machine learning models.

Must have:

Strong Python programming skills (3.x)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn
Familiarity with ML workflows, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Exposure to REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI/Django
Basic understanding of Git and version control

Good to have:

Strong Python skills, including proficiency in libraries like NumPy and Pandas
An understanding of AI/ML concepts
Good experience with APIs
Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a bonus.

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong foundations in Data Science to join our team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves coding in Python and has hands-on experience with data science libraries, machine learning models, and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data-intensive applications.
Work closely with data scientists to productize ML models.
Design and implement robust ETL pipelines and APIs.
Perform data analysis, build predictive models, and derive actionable insights.
Write unit tests and ensure code quality through best practices.
Collaborate with DevOps/Data Engineers for deployment and monitoring.
Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills
