Role Overview:
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic partnerships to leaders across EA. We do this by engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to help guide EA’s performance.
You will partner with our 1st Party Business Development Team in bringing new plans to market. Providing financial insights, assessing profitability, liaising across groups throughout the organisation and post go live support through financial administration of these new business streams.
As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will work in hybrid capacity from an EA office. You will report to the Commercial FP&A Manager based in Geneva, Switzerland.
What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with partners and collaborate to achieve financial and business goals
Provide financial modelling of new programs, collaborating with partners for full P&L appraisal
Coordinate and validate revenue financial forecasts, providing analysis to highlight and explain variance drivers, monitoring on weekly basis with milestone quarterly touchpoints
Challenge status quo to lead FP&A excellence
Identify and lead plans to improve, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus
4+ years experience in Finance, or related field
Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
Knowledge in Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $82,500 - $122,900 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
