Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. 负责游戏内核心玩法的系统设计、以及各系统的功能设计、界面及操作设计；
2. 具备数值能力，能够把控系统的投放和消耗设计，达到自循环
3. 能够建立系统开发管线工作流，指导系统数值模块的整体工作规划。
4. 了解游戏研发步骤，可独立策划游戏中大型系统，整理和书写需求文档，供设计、开发、测试人员明确功能需求；
5. 与程序、美术密切合作，负责游戏系统设计及推进执行。
Requirements:
1. 3-5年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整游戏项目流程，有ARPG、MMO类型游戏成功上市产品经验者优先；
2. 核心动作游戏玩家（玩过5款以上3D动作游戏超过50小时，其中一款需要超过200小时）
3. 具有很强的架构能力，善于从大局及细节去设计结构；热爱游戏，对业界主流MMO、ARPG、暗黑like等题材的游戏有过深入分析者优先；
4. 熟悉海外各级市场玩家诉求，有面向海外项目经历者更佳。
