Senior Insight & Player Protection Analyst

As a Senior Insight & Player Protection Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to player safety and responsible gaming.

What You'll Do:

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Use advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to player behavior and protection. Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company—including product, compliance, and customer service—to integrate player protection insights into every aspect of our operations.
• Reporting & Communication: Produce detailed reports that highlight key findings and recommendations. Communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience
• Working experience in an analytical role, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry.
• Proficient in SQL and one or more of the following: Python, R, SAS
• Knowledge of Data visualisation software, Power BI preferrable
• Proven ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders
• Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models
