The purpose of this role is to develop best in class strategies and management of all Paid Social activity on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.

Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 10 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing out of which minimum 6 years experience in Paid Social.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a people manager; should have managed a minimum 50-member team
  • Strong people management skills, and ability to identify, coach, and nurture future leaders from within the teams
  • Should have organized and managed conference calls with clients in the past
  • Has strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

  • Proactively recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, wherever possible.
  • Demonstrates Accountability than ownership of assigned tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive teams to meet aggressive schedules and timelines while maintaining the highest
  • bar of quality and, a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strive for on-time delivery, project profitability, and resolve customer issues by identifying and resolving problems to the customer’s delight.
  • Lead the team(s) by establishing a culture of high performance, learning, fun, and the highest ethical practices.
  • Monitor existing projects, manage and review existing clients to provide subsequent business opportunities based on the world-class service provided by Paragon.
  • Responsible to lead market QBRs
  • Facilitate communication upward and across various project teams.
  • Identify training needs, plan, and execute a structured approach to enhance skill and productivity levels.
  • Coach/nurture/facilitate the Managers in the team to grow within Paragon.
  • Shift: APAC / EMEA / US (Should be flexible)

Key Skill

  • Should be familiar with working in Excel and making PowerPoint presentations
  • Data analysis and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience in Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter platforms
  • Should have experience in media planning & strategy
  • Project/operations management skill
  • Strong understanding of operations delivery metrics/KPIs
