Job Description

As a Senior Manager - L&OD at InMobi, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs across the organization. You will lead the development and execution of global functional training processes, programs, and offerings, leveraging and building upon the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver essential and customized online training. You will also provide design expertise and consultation on organizational needs, developing individualized and group training programs to address specific business requirements. Your role involves creating a curriculum to facilitate strategic training, based on organizational goals, and collaborating with key team members, subject matter experts, and partners to understand and validate business needs. You will also cultivate relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, ensuring alignment between development strategies and business challenges. Moreover, you will be responsible for co-designing and co-delivering training programs with the business, continuously creating a network of high-caliber external training partners to bring in best practices from across industries.

  • Strong Facilitation skills; teaching, presenting, training
  • High ownership and accountability to design, manage and deliver content that solve for organisation effectiveness
  • Effective communication, influencing, negotiation skills with an ability to drive stakeholder consensus on learning interventions and training programs
  • A global mindset; ability to work across different global cultures, in a matrix style environment
Good to have:
  • Experience of building and working with/ on LMS platforms
  • Strong network with consultants and vendors, of a cutting-edge order
  • Proven ability to execute training programs within complex global organizations.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and behavioural science
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do 
  • Identify and assess training needs of the organization
  • Lead the development and execution of global functional training processes, programs and offerings 
  • Leverage and build upon the LMS, for the delivery of essential as well as customised online training
  • Provide design expertise and consultation on organizational needs 
  • Develop individualized and group training programs to address specific business needs
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training, based on organizational goals
  • Work proactively with key team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of solutions 
  • Cultivate relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners and business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into our development strategy 
  • Partnering with the business to co-design and co-deliver training programs 
  • Continually create a network of high-calibre external training partners to bring in best practices from across industries
     
What You Need To Succeed 
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful solutions from strategy to implementation, driven by a deep curiosity about the underlying business issues to be solved

Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Qualification in Organizational Development, or related field. Education in engineering will be advantageous to the role.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Learning and Organizational Development function
  • Strong experience using psychometric tools for assessment and development is preferred 
  • Experience of building and working with/ on LMS platforms
  • Strong network with consultants and vendors, of a cutting-edge order
  • Proven ability to execute training programs within complex global organizations. 
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and behavioural science will be an advantage
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience in driving measurable outcomes and scaling training programs across organizations.
