Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate US and European markets, with a focus on new client acquisition.
Leverage your network of industry contacts to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and market alignment.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and areas for growth.
Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with stakeholders, including HR executives.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to contract signing.
Build and manage a sales funnel from scratch.
Oversee P&L for the sales business and manage client accounts.
Maintain and update the CRM for effective sales tracking.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales within the HR, recruitment, or technology sectors, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
Extensive network of contacts and potential clients in the US and/or Europe region.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to develop effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
