We are currently seeking a talented Marketing Program Manager for a position located in Lowell, Massachusetts to join our client’s dynamic team and drive their marketing initiatives forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for B2B marketing and lead generation to manage and execute demand programs that engage customers and drive results. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing a range of marketing programs such as webinars, emails, content syndication, direct mail, and virtual events. You will also leverage key marketing tools and collaborate across teams to ensure the success of these programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a demand program plan for an existing customer base, including but not limited to webinars, emails, content syndication, direct mail, and virtual events.
  • Create tasks in SharePoint and Workfront to initiate data work, HTML layout for landing pages, and email blasts.
  • Utilize marketing software tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel for program evaluation, maintaining data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Follow a repeatable process for program development and follow-up; ensure timely and effective communication with lead development reps, demand gen peers, and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, creative, web, and business development organizations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to maximize program budgets and optimize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software lead generation (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lead/demand generation, customer marketing, and customer communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize requirements of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and programs effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills are a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable goals in a highly automated marketing environment.
  • Strong metrics orientation with a focus on performance and results.
  • Understanding of positioning principles and marketing methodologies.
  • Experience using systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Operates with integrity and professionalism without compromise.
