As a Promotions Specialist at LeadVenture, you will be responsible for constantly reviewing updates of promotions for all OEMs within our network (ARI network Service, Dealer Spike and PSM Marketing). You will oversee the monthly updates, ensuring all client promotional pages and slides are up-to-date. Beyond updating promotions, you will create banners, custom designs and slides for over 3000 customers. This role requires an understanding of coding languages, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and a passion for visual creativity.

Promotions Specialist
A Promotions Specialist constantly reviews the updates of the promotions of all the OEMs we have registered within LeadVenture: ARI network Service, Dealer Spike and PSM Marketing.
Supervise the promotions that are updated throughout the month, verify that the client has everything updated (promo pages and slides) in addition to the update of promotions, there are other activities that are carried out such as the design of banners for customers, custom designs and slides are created for more than 3000 thousand customers.
We are looking for a Promotions Specialist who wants to update promotions month by month. You will be trained on the processes of the promotion updates, what each task is for and how it will work.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Audit: Complete an in-depth review on different topics depending on the objective (whether customer sites, OEM sites, slides, etc.)
- Updating promotional pages: Modifying and updating HTML & CSS code and creating banners for said promotion (Currently, we have 3 different ways to add promotions and companies we work with)
- Slide Update: Creating promotional images in PSD according to what is needed at the time. You also have to upload the images to each client who needs them with their corresponding "Alt" and "Title".
- Templates: Creation of templates based on promotional images made by brands with the aim of making slides for each customer who needs them in any dimension. Template Creation: Creation of client banner templates in PSD or Illustrator.
- Custom banners for customers: Custom banners are recreated depending on what the customer requests.
- Activate promotions page for new customers: activation of OEMs with their respective promotions for the current month with their promotional banner.
