The SA360 Specialist at Google's gTech Ads Solutions will act as a trusted advisor to key Search Ads 360 (SA360) clients. Responsibilities include understanding client business needs, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to develop growth plans, advocating for new product features, and assisting with product adoption. The role requires measuring and analyzing the value of ad solutions, improving team productivity through process optimization, and building strong client relationships. A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media or advertising, including campaign implementation and measurement, and at least 1 year in customer relationship management is required. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential.
Must have:

  • Experience with marketing measurement techniques

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing measurement like familiarity with marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in data analysis like interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into narratives.
  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to priority Search Ads 360 (SA360) customers by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business tests.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business teams to motivate growth plans for clients. Develop and apply knowledge of market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist customers in the adoption of new products via setup, implementation, upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success using the SA360 enterprise platform.
  • Measure, analyze and advocate for the value of Ad solutions in differentiation to participants offerings.
  • Review current processes and design or develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity.
