N-iX is looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

About the project:

Our customer is the leading school transportation provider in North America, being the owner of more than a half of all yellow school buses in the United States. Every day, the company completes 5 million student journeys, moving more passengers than all U.S. airlines combined and delivers reliable, quality services for 1,100 school districts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain test documentations
  • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for AWS-based applications and PowerBI.
  • Work with development teams to gather requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Execute test cases and report on results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test failures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of overall QA experience
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and document defects accurately.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • At least an Intermediate strong level of English 
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
