Responsibilities:

• Liaise with employees to collect required documentation for Thai BOI (Board of Investment) visa processes, including new applications, renewals, and transfers.
• Oversee and coordinate the timely completion of 90-day reporting obligations by employees in Thailand.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and their dependents regarding relocation logistics such as housing.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, the People & Talent team, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication and guidance. 
• Maintain up-to-date records of relocation details and related data.
• Assist with visa and work permit renewals for employees based in other countries, such as the UAE and Malaysia, liaising with external vendors as needed.
• Identify and address potential issues or challenges in internal relocation processes, collaborating with stakeholders to find effective solutions. 
• Support global people operations in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Strong English and Thai communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior in-house experience handling Thai BOI visa and work permit related matters.
• Ability to treat confidential employee information tactfully and appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail – particularly with regards to understanding policy and procedure, superb organizational skills, and ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid working environment.
