Senior Motion Designer

You’ll play a key role in crafting animation that goes beyond aesthetics, working across teams to embed motion into the heart of brand design. From refining subtle UI transitions to building expressive brand moments, your work will help define how brands move, feel, and connect. Collaboration is second nature to you — and you’re just as excited by the strategy behind the work as the craft itself.

• Create Impactful Motion 
• Design Scalable Motion Systems. Develop expressive, consistent motion languages that enhance our brand identity across platforms. 
• Connect Motion to Strategy. Translate strategic and emotional cues into motion that reinforces broader brand narratives. 
• Craft Meaningful Animations. From micro-interactions (UI) to full-scale narratives, create refined animations with strong timing, flow, and attention to detail. 
• Elevate Motion Craft. Bring a sharp eye for choreography, pacing, and nuance — always striving for motion that feels intentional and impactful. 
• Innovate & Push Boundaries 
• Explore emerging trends in motion design and animation to create future-ready digital experiences and experiment with new tools and methodologies to refine workflows and enhance motion design quality. 
• Expert in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 3D experience is a plus. 
• Integrate AI into Motion Design. Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creative workflows, experiment with emerging technology, and push the boundaries of digital motion design. 
• Fluency in English is required, and German skills are a plus.
