The Role
The Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) will be responsible for creating user-centered digital
experiences that blend aesthetics with functionality for the firm's innovation and design
unit.
This role involves translating complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces
and interactive prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital
products.
The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, strategic designers, and
development teams to drive design solutions from concept to execution.
Seniority and Experience
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products, services and systems, not just websites.
- Experience in designing Consumer products experiences across online (Website) and offline experience (in shop)
- Experience in planning and conducting collaborative workshops and user research activities to help shaping and defining consumer-facing experiences
- An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design
- The ability to create wireframes and digital prototypes
Mandatory Skills
- Work through design problems from beginning to end: conducting user research and translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them.
- Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
- Work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship ideas.
- Support & lead internal visual design activities
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills for web and mobile applications.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work iteratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Ability to produce design artifacts for multiple channels user experience through website and social media (and offline is a strong plus).
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Tools experience:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma
- User testing tools like UsabilityHub or UserTesting.
- Collaboration tools like Miro or Zeplin.
- Design systems management tools like Storybook
