Job Description

The Account Growth Lead at EveryMatrix drives cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, aligning with sales strategies and revenue goals. Responsibilities include CRM management, inbound lead qualification, client analytics to identify cross-sell/up-sell potential, developing growth strategies, creating sales materials, coordinating product and sales teams, defining cross-sell/up-sell strategies, establishing CRM workflows, determining key metrics, and recommending data-driven client engagement strategies. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize account value and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or a related field within the iGaming or B2B SaaS market.

We are looking to for a  dedicated Account Growth Lead  to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

The Account Growth Lead drives cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and revenue growth objectives. This role manages CRM optimization, client analytics, and sales enablement to maximize account value.

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Head of Sales Excellence and act as the central push function for all cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and sales strategies, overseeing three specialized functions:

  • CRM Management and Inbound Lead Qualification:
    • Oversee CRM management and inbound lead qualification, ensuring accurate data tracking for sales opportunities.
  • Client Analytics:
    • Conduct client analytics to identify cross-sell and up-sell potential, collaborating with Account Management and Sales teams , ensuring these initiatives are prioritized and effectively executed.
    • Develop and implement growth strategies, aligning sales initiatives with client retention and revenue goals.
  • Sales Support
    • Create tailored pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials to support sales teams in engaging clients.
    • Coordinate Product Teams with Sales Teams to deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
  • Define cross-sell and up-sell strategies, aligning with business priorities.
  • Establish CRM workflows and reporting structures for tracking opportunities.
  • Determine key metrics to measure success and optimize cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Approve the structure and content of client-facing sales materials.
  • Recommend data-driven client engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics; CRM or analytics certifications are a plus.
  • 5–7+ years in account management, sales support, or related roles.
  • Understanding of iGaming or B2B SaaS market dynamics.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Expertise in client engagement strategies and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Skilled in CRM workflows, lead qualification, and client analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and sales enablement experience.


Here's what we offer:

  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
