Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive implementation of SEO best practices across all platforms.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and measure the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and implement the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and Train: Provide mentorship and training to junior SEO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic SEO recommendations tailored to their needs.
• Technical SEO Expertise: Oversee technical SEO audits and ensure best practices are applied to site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and more.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on SEO performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations.

Candidates must have:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution, with a strong track record of driving organic traffic growth.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools, along with strong technical SEO skills.
• Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
