Level Infinite is currently seeking a Senior Tech Director with expertise in Unreal Engine and experience in developing well-known games. The ideal candidate should have full project participation experience and a background in managing development relationships with multiple game studios
 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting technical reviews of Level Infinite game projects, identifying technical risks, and providing guidance.

• Lead teams with capability of technical resolutions to support Level Infinite's game studios on game development, such as engine development, game tools, game architeture and game services etc.

• Manage development relationships with domestic and international game studios to ensure successful game delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing renowned AAA game development teams, proficient in Unreal Engine, and knowledgeable in GaaS (Games as a Service) architecture and performance optimization.

• Game development experience, PC/console would be a plus.

• Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.

• English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions. mandarin would be a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
