Job Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Quality & Reliability) in NVIDIA's Silicon Solutions team, you'll bridge technical and management domains, driving critical program development and execution. Collaborate with development managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams (systems, software, operations, marketing) to ensure the successful delivery of silicon projects. Responsibilities include improving manufacturing process quality and reliability, leading pre/post-silicon initiatives, developing project schedules, participating in design reviews, managing scope changes, representing the team in multi-functional meetings, and innovating in data analysis and reporting. You'll also communicate status updates, identify and recommend solutions for challenges, and apply best practices across programs for continuous improvement. This role requires strong technical expertise in silicon engineering, manufacturing, and testing, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Details

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Quality & Reliability) – Silicon Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the technical and management domains, driving the development and execution of critical programs. You will collaborate with development managers, engineers, and multi-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and marketing to ensure the detailed delivery of our silicon projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with development managers, engineers, and partners to improve quality and reliability in manufacturing processes.

  • Influence and lead required pre and post-silicon quality and program process initiatives

  • Develop project schedules and work related to quality and reliability, and lead the associated tasks and dependencies to ensure we are on track for the program achievements

  • Participate in key design reviews and handle scope changes efficiently

  • Represent the team in wider multi-functional silicon quality meetings

  • Run risks and dependencies and advance to leadership in a timely manner

  • Innovate on translating manufacturing and test data and reporting on key quality work and metrics

  • Provide status updates and communicate issues internally providing recommendations as a key part of the team to help with tough trade-offs

  • Apply findings and document standard methodologies from one program to another as a continuous process improvement

What we need to see:

  • BS (Masters preferred) in Applied Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a technical program management role collaborating with multi-functional teams

  • Proven and relevant experience in silicon engineering, manufacturing and test methodologies and diagnostic software

  • Able to understand the silicon manufacturing to system integration, test and reliability challenges and correlation of key metrics

  • Technical knowledge of datacenter and/or consumer electronics systems design would be a plus

  • ·Proficiency in various reporting models, tools, dashboards and metrics

  • Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty

  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
