What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute UA strategies for mobile games across various platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.)
  • Manage advertising campaigns: planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing their effectiveness
  • Analyze user behavior and metrics to increase ROAS and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, and development teams to create impactful ad materials
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives and strategies to find the best solutions
  • Stay up to date with UA trends and mobile advertising, and implement innovative approaches
What you need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming industry
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of key metrics (LTV, CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Experience with multiple ad platforms and networks (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Unity, etc.)
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of mobile gaming and marketing industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for working with international teams
