As a Sr. Web / Digital Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating exceptional, strategic user experiences across the Gigamon web and digital platforms. This hybrid role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll report to a senior leader within the marketing or design team and will be an individual contributor (IC) with opportunities to both lead and support projects. The design team plays a critical role in shaping the Gigamon brand and delivering user-centric digital solutions that drive engagement and business success.
What You’ll Do:
- Address design challenges with creative solutions, making both strategic and tactical decisions.
- Design and deliver pixel-perfect visuals, wireframes, and prototypes for a variety of platforms, including mobile, tablet, animation, and responsive web.
- Collaborate with marketing, product teams, and other business units to align digital design with business goals.
- Lead or support multiple web design and digital assets projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, UI/UX and digital design trends, and best practices to maintain high-quality design outputs.
- Develop and apply innovative approaches to web and digital assets, including the development of interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience, social media graphics, and email banners/templates.
What You’ve Done:
- 8+ years of experience as a mid-senior level web/digital designer, preferably within a corporate B2B marketing environment, a digital marketing agency, or an internal creative team.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product marketing and campaign teams in a B2B tech setting.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, animation, branding, composition, iconography, interaction design, prototyping, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Zeplin, and Canva
