This position is responsible for consulting with customers on security related services provided by Fortra.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform IT and information security risk assessments and gap analyses for customers. 
• Architect solutions that will meet customer requirements, which may be their own security policies or regularly compliance needs. 
• Perform white-box penetration tests. 
• Assist clients with implementations, including PCI, SOX, or HIPAA requirements, remediating past or anticipated audit requirements, implementing new security technologies. 
• Educate customers on operating system functions and features so they can maintain architecture upon completion of project. Implement processes that will ensure security going forward. 
• Implement monitoring of compliance requirements, including compliance products and supporting documentation. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience working with IMB i operating system. 
• 5+ years of experience in information security, enterprise risk and compliance, etc. 
• Experience in the following: 
• Risk: risk frameworks, enterprise risk methodologies, IT/security risk methodologies. 
• Compliance: regulatory, privacy, international law, and statutory requirements. 
• Architecture: security infrastructures, systems, and application design. 
• Applicable IT or security certifications preferred (e.g. CobiT, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.). 
• Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical boundaries. 
• Self-starter with ability to work independently while communicating effectively to keep others informed. 
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. 
• Ability to build long-term relationships which will include traveling to customer sites.
