Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Aarhus, Denmark. This internship offers hands-on experience and training in automotive repair, focusing on Tesla-specific vehicles and technologies. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs, wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding required), drive unit replacements, basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various hand and power tools. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong team mentality, positive attitude, fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, web). Ongoing training will be provided by a Service Supervisor/Manager.

- 4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
- Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
- Basic diagnostics
- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
