In this role, you will manage fund disbursements, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve settlement issues efficiently. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining reports, and researching transactions for reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have basic Excel knowledge, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Description
We’re seeking a Settlement Analyst to oversee accurate transaction data for cash advance, ATM, and check services. In this role, you'll manage fund disbursements, ensure regulatory compliance, and resolve settlement issues efficiently. Responsibilities also include handling inquiries, maintaining reports, and researching transactions for reimbursements.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Ensure accurate and auditable transaction data for cash advance, ATM, and check services.
- Manage fund disbursement and collection, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Resolve settlement issues and transaction exceptions promptly.
- Handle settlement inquiries and maintain reports and bank statements.
- Research transactions for customer reimbursements and prepare funding statements.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current rate is $17/per hour.
