Sr.Business Analyst

Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Functional Analysis, and Estimation. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring unique perspectives to our team.

Experience working on large-scale projects involving Development, Quality Assurance, and Product teams is preferable. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where collaboration thrives.

Experience collaborating with Product Management and Global teams to break down functional requirements into detailed documents. Production validation is a key part of the role. The candidate should be able to grasp requirements with minimal mentorship from product management and provide guidance to both development and QA teams. We value candidates who can contribute to our inclusive and supportive work culture.

Functional testing from a business standpoint and coordination with the QA team to review test scripts for adequate coverage of changes being implemented. We seek individuals who can enhance our team's diversity and inclusivity.

Hands-on experience with Mainframe Transaction Processing is an added advantage. We welcome candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.

Proficiency in Options Processing, Institutional Trade Processing, Clearing Services, or Settlement & Asset Services will be an added advantage. We encourage applications from candidates with varied expertise.

Flexibility to work from noon to late evening hours to allow for overlapping working hours with the distributed team is desired (not a must-have). We support flexible working arrangements to accommodate diverse needs.
