The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital media planning, strong knowledge of platform capabilities, experience in branding and performance campaigns, and excellent communication skills. They should also be passionate about digital innovation and analytics.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop full-funnel digital media strategies across platforms (Display, Video, Paid Social, Search, Programmatic).

  • Lead planning presentations and collaborate closely with clients, creatives, and media partners.

  • Translate campaign briefs into actionable, insight-led digital plans.

  • Stay sharp on platform updates, ad tech tools, and emerging media trends.

  • Oversee campaign performance and work with buying teams to optimize results.

  • Support junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
     

A bit about you

  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital media planning, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments.

  • Strong knowledge of platform capabilities (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, etc.).

  • Experience in both branding and performance campaigns.

  • Confident communicator — able to simplify complexity for clients and partners.

  • Passionate about digital innovation, analytics, and continuous learning.

  • Collaborative mindset with an eye for detail and accountability.
