Scope:
Core responsibilities would be to focus your efforts as a Lead Techno Functional Architect for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (SaaS / On Premise) implementation/Optimization for customers across all the verticals
In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products in the Warehouse Management space, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest SaaS innovations and industry trends
You will be the technofunctional liaison across the key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.
Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes
Lead solution design to all phases of project life cycle with timely execution of the project, working closely with the Engineering teams to define the product goals and then breakdown to the detailed requirements.
Lead integration strategy and mapping sessions with other systems including ERP, MHE, WCS, WES, Parcel, TMS etc. using API / integration solutions
Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates
Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value, customer adoption and customer satisfaction
Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps
Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
Communicate business cases to Product team regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements
Leverage latest APIs to provide necessary data visibility based on customer needs
Define / suggest data retention policies to derive best performance of SaaS based solution
Ability to support/fill in for extended customer success team as needed or rotational basis
Provide sales and product demos as need to the internal and external audience
What we are looking for:
Industry and Product Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder / JDA / RedPrairie, Manhattan Associates, High Jump, SAP-EWM, Oracle WMS or any other WMS), at Tier 1 warehouses
Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
Emphasis on teamwork and knowledge sharing
Ability to problem-solve issues during Mock Go Live/ Go Live / Post Go Live
Ability to develop innovative and scalable solutions
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple concurrent assignments, and adapt quickly to ever changing priorities
Ability to guide customers with industry best practices
Suggest appropriate solutions based on industry/software best practices to address customers business requirements
Ability to Self-manage, prioritize project tasks, and assign tasks to project team members
Ability to adapt to evolving technology landscape based on latest innovations
Skills:
Strong business analysis skills, understanding of all the different systems & technologies used in Execution space
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations / Proof of Concepts / Conference Room Pilots for user, management, and executive level audiences.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required
Education:
Advanced degree in Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or other engineering background preferred
Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree
