Job Description
As a Sr. Growth Manager, you will develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives. You will also develop and manage a multi-channel marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer marketing. You'll identify and track key metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet goals. Additionally, you will lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all channels, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments. You will also be responsible for preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.
Must have:
- Experience in Marketing/Growth in FinTech industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
- Inspire and motivate the team and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurship mentality.
- A passion for crypto and digital assets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective.
- Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing as well as offline activation.
- Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments.
- Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts are compliant and effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulations.
