Job Description
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the HR Information System (Workday) to support HR functions and improve the employee experience. This includes overseeing the configuration and maintenance of Workday, ensuring data integrity, identifying opportunities for process improvements, developing and generating reports, providing user support, leading HRIS-related projects, and maintaining documentation. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a passion for using technology to drive HR initiatives. This role will require excellent time management skills to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Must have:
- 8+ years experience using Workday or other related HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst with a strong background in Workday to join our Human Resources organization. This role will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our HR Information System (Workday) to support our HR functions and enhance the employee experience. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a passion for leveraging technology to drive HR initiatives, and exceptional time management skills to ensure projects and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll be working on
- HRIS Management: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Workday, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. Partner with IT, Finance and HR to ensure data integrity.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve user experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and compliance. Utilize data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- User Support & Training: Provides technical support to HR partners world-wide, resolving issues in a timely manner. Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and module enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Create user guides and training materials as needed.
