The Business Experience team’s mission is to empower brands, organizations and professionals to create engaging content for our communities while growing their presence on Reddit. This is a high impact role where you will be involved in technical & product strategy on a brand new product. You’ll have a chance to get in on the ground floor of a new product space with a 100M+ revenue opportunity.

We're seeking a QA Engineer to support our Business Experience Team with our Frontend, iOS & Android a

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on, professional software testing experience working closely with engineering teams that delivered large scale consumer facing web and mobile applications
  • Champion a remarkable customer experience within product engineering through attention to detail and product/process improvements
  • Must have at least one Android device and one iOS device for mobile application testing
  • Ability to identify, classify, prioritize and drive closure of issues in multipl

Tasks and Deliverables:

  • Support the Business Experiences engineering team with features, full regression, and ad hoc testing.
  • Create and update test plans in alignment with new features and product launches.
  • Test app functionality and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review user-generated or internal bug reports, reproduce issues, and initiate the ticketing

process.

  • Utilize tracking and debugging tools to monitor and resolve issues (we use ClubHouse &

Instabug).
