Vimeo is in a period of hyper-growth! As a key member of our recruiting team, the Sr. Sourcer will join our London office as a specialist in sourcing and identifying exceptional talent for highly specialized Sales & Marketing related positions in a competitive market.
What you'll do:
- Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse sales talent, including active and passive candidate sourcing, cold calling and internet sourcing.
- Screen prospective candidates for company culture and role fit as well as sell candidates on taking the first step toward a rewarding career path at Vimeo.
- Partner with hiring managers, Senior Recruiters, HR BP’s to develop scalable sourcing strategies.
- Meet aggressive hiring goals in a metrics-driven organization.
- Understand the importance of data integrity and following internal processes. You maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 4+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or tech-focused in-house recruiting team
- Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with diverse talent
- Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume.
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Experience working in a team-based environment

- Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System
