Manage product, test engineering activities at our manufacturing sites
Test program releases for Wafer Sort and Final Test (including system level testing)
New product qualification and transfer
Lot-on-Hold verification/Disposition
Yield deviation analysis
Burn-In studies & verification
Customer returns verification and validation
Interface to customers, Test development/design teams and strategic partners
Identify & drive test cost reduction and yield improvement projects
Aligns PE systems/processes for different manufacturing site
What We're Looking For
Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Minimum 7+ years in semiconductor product engineering experience.
Solid background in ATE testing (critical skill), test methodology, silicon process and high-speed digital testing experience required
Microprocessor and Network Processor experience is a strong plus
Knowledge of Advantest P1600 and Teradyne *Flex Test system/software will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Must be able to work independently and take ownership to liaise with personnel from different departments/site for resolution of issues.
