Job Description
- Lead the development of React Native applications from concept to deployment, ensuring robust, high-quality code and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs to improve usability.
- Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Stay updated with React Native and related technologies, and explore new technologies that could benefit our projects.
- Mentor junior developers, imparting your knowledge and experience to help the team grow.
- 7-9 years of professional experience in React Native development.
- Proficient with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ.
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and team player mentality.
- Nice to have: Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha, familiarity with continuous integration and delivery, and knowledge of other web and mobile frameworks or technologies.
- Experience with many mobile frameworks and full stack technologies
- Experience with Xamarin and .net Maui
- Experience with C#
