Job Description

Lead the development of React Native applications from concept to deployment, ensuring robust, high-quality code and adherence to design specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs to improve usability.

Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Stay updated with React Native and related technologies, and explore new technologies that could benefit our projects.

Mentor junior developers, imparting your knowledge and experience to help the team grow.

Qualifications

7-9 years of professional experience in React Native development.

Proficient with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, and IntelliJ.

Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.

Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and team player mentality.

Nice to have: Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha, familiarity with continuous integration and delivery, and knowledge of other web and mobile frameworks or technologies.

Bonus

Experience with many mobile frameworks and full stack technologies

Experience with Xamarin and .net Maui

Experience with C#
