Strategic Analytics & Operational Intelligence Lead

Description

• Strategic Insight & Analysis:

• Analyze data from various platforms including ThoughtSpot, Hex, Data, Amplitude, PowerBi, and Snowflake to identify trends and insights relevant to Care, Fulfillment, and Platform Operations.
• Define, develop, and help operations implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the specified teams.
• Identify key business opportunities and risks through advanced data exploration and statistical modeling.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast future performance and inform strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership.

• Operational Excellence & Optimization:

• Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement performance dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key operational metrics and track progress against goals.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying drivers of operational issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish data-driven decision-making processes.
• Provide analytical support and guidance to business leaders across the organization.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Promote a culture of data literacy and empower teams to leverage data to inform their decisions.

• Data Infrastructure and Governance:

• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics.
