System Validation Technical Project Manager

Our R&D center in Prague is currently expanding, and we're seeking a System Validation Technical Project Manager.

In this role, you would be leading the system validation activities in the Radar field from the very early phase consisting of concept and strategy definition up to the final test execution.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Ensure that the delivered system fulfills the R&D related customer requirements and expectations

• Leading and coordinating R&D team at System Validation level

• Developing the validation strategy to meet project cost and timing constraints, defends it /negotiates it with the customer, and ensures its execution

• Co-operation with other departments

• Reports to the Project Manager

• Degree in Engineering

• Experience with SW validation

• Experience with strategy definition/planning

• Experience with Project /Team coordination

• Automotive background an advantage

• Interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership abilities and stress resistance

• Problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills

• Planning and organizational abilities

• Fluent English
