Job Description

This role involves designing and managing technical enablement programs for both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles. Responsibilities include accelerating new hires' time-to-readiness, translating product features into field-relevant training, and collaborating with Product Management, Technical SMEs, and Product Marketing to develop scalable content. The role also involves driving role-based certifications, developing and maintaining enablement content in various platforms, facilitating live sessions, and tracking program effectiveness using KPIs. It also involves building feedback loops to ensure content relevance and partnering with Sales Enablement for alignment.
Must have:
  • Experience in technical enablement or related roles.
  • Understanding of pre-sales and post-sales customer journey.
  • Proven success in building enablement programs.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with LMS and lab platforms.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, IT management, or infrastructure/SaaS tools.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales technical roles
  • Assist on onboarding design and execution to accelerate time-to-readiness for new hires
  • Translate product features into field-relevant technical training and enablement
  • Collaborate with PM, Tech SMEs, and Product Marketing to create scalable content
  • Drive role-based certifications and learning paths in partnership with the Academy team
  • Develop and maintain tech enablement content in platforms such as LMS, CMS, and lab environments
  • Facilitate live enablement sessions and coordinate cross-functional workshops and hands-on labs
  • Track program effectiveness using KPIs like ramp time, enablement completion, and certification pass rates
  • Build tight feedback loops with the field to ensure enablement content remains relevant and effective
    Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical field learning

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in technical enablement, field training, or in roles such as pre-sales engineering or technical account management at a tech company (preferably SaaS)
  • Deep understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales customer journey in B2B enterprise software
  • Proven success building and delivering enablement programs for technical roles
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with SMEs, PMs, and GTM leaders to translate complex topics
  • Experience with LMS and lab platforms (e.g., Skilljar, CloudLabs, LearnUpon, Strigo, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to lead sessions with technical audiences
  • Project management skills and the ability to run multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Experience working with cybersecurity, IT management, or infrastructure/SaaS tools is a strong plus
